Referral Service
The Right Equity Release Ltd (TRER) is a directly authorised Specialist Equity Release company. TRER are a national team of industry respected Equity Release advisors dedicated to this growing and niche market place… most importantly TRER offer a whole of market approach with access to 100% of all providers. All advisers are fully and appropriately qualified, many of whom have specialised in this area for over a decade. TRER specialise in Equity Release Solutions for home owners over the age of 55, who wish to release equity within their property for a variety of requirements. As you would expect TRER provide a no-cross sale guarantee, where their DA authorised advisors take full responsibility for the whole of the sales process and all compliance requirements. For all referral, regardless of cases size, TRER offer a gross fee of £750 (£700 net).

Equity Release panel
Paradigm’s equity release panel includes market leading providers of both lifetime mortgages and home reversion plans who between them deliver a wide choice from the full range of equity release products on the market today. All members of the preferred equity release panel are members of SHIP, established in 1991 and dedicated entirely to the protection of planholders and promotion of safe home income and equity release plans. Whilst our aim is that 100% of all our intermediaries business will be placed via the equity release panel, Paradigm Partners are not restricted to the panel.
