How to Introduce
Simply pass on all your Will writing and estate planning enquiries to us at our Head Office through the dedicated phone number that we provide, or complete the form below and submit online.
We would then provide basic advice over the phone and put your clients in contact with our local professional and qualified Associate, who would arrange a free no obligation consultation in the comfort of your client’s own home.
Our previous experience of working with similar organisations has allowed us to develop a comprehensive database system for tracking all cases. This system has extensive reporting capabilities and tailored reports will be provided to you at the frequency that you decide, allowing you to keep track of progress from initial enquiry to the completed and signed Will. Each month we will provide you with details of all cases completed during that month and a commission cheque. With a controlled and protected Trust account operated by APS Legal & Associates, all members’ commission payments will be secure allowing your business total peace of mind.
