APS Legal & Associates are proud to be the chosen provider for Paradigm and have made it simple and cost effective for any Paradigm members who wish to offer legal services directly to their clients and enhance their income to their financial services business WITHOUT the need to refer it onto a specialist and WITHOUT all the hassle of extra paperwork.

If you would like to provide our services direct to your clients we will happily develop and support you and your staff to become fully qualified consultants. We will put you through our exclusively designed Paradigm member’s intensive 3 day training course where you will receive an Industry recognised qualification. We will provide all the ongoing support required for you to provide a complete estate planning service to your clients. This will include amongst others the following:

• The knowledge, skills and confidence to take instructions
• A full 3 day training course to include examination and refreshments
• The professional production of Wills and other associated legal documents
• A complete ‘back office’ function, including reception, secretarial and administration support
• The use of the company’s corporate identity
• Membership and accreditation to both our membership bodies
• Provision of a practising certificate and the right to use their logos on stationery and advertising materials
• Full lifetime professional indemnity insurance (to £2.5 million) and public liability insurance (to £1 million), providing you operate within the conditions of the Associate agreement
• Ongoing legal, technical and mentor support
• Internet based information service. The Associate Information Centre (AIC)
• Ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
• Continuation training provided on a regular basis
  

Costs

We are able to provide this package exclusively for Paradigm members at a cost of only £62.50 per month (minimum term 12 month contract), reducing to £35.00 thereafter.

All legal documentation production costs are charged at 35% inc of VAT of our suggested retail prices, giving you 65% profit for your business, without the headache of paperwork and compliance issues.

Paradigm and APS Legal & Associates have made a committed decision to develop good consultant practice in anticipation of future regulation for professional Will writing by providing the comprehensive training course. 

Future regulation and compliance for professional Will writing will no longer allow Wills to be drafted for members of the public by unqualified consultants or instruction takers. The APS Legal & Associates consultant’s course will allow you or a member of your staff to become a qualified consultant, providing you with all the up to date requirements needed in order to satisfy the FSA and the ever changing industry stipulations.
