Paradigm's protection proposition offers its members choice and access to either its Preferred Panel (representative WOM) – offering whole of market choice – or alternatively to its Elite Panel, both consisting of leading protection providers. In all cases, providers continue to pay commissions direct to Paradigm members, while you continue to deal with your local connections as you always have.
Preferred Panel (representative WOM)
A whole of market proposition which offers excellent commercial terms. This panel initially consists of 13 providers who have given a commitment to work closely with Paradigm in support of its members. Net commission terms available to members are amongst the leading terms available in the market, and in all cases the consumer/client rates are the best intermediary terms available from the provider – in other words, commission terms have not been enhanced at the expense of loading the client’s premiums.

Elite Panel
This Elite panel extends to a limited number of leading protection companies, some with multiple brands, where in exchange for a commitment from the intermediary to only select products from the providers in question, enhanced commission terms are payable. Most of the panelled providers give you, the intermediary, a choice of earnings periods where again the rates available to clients are the best intermediary terms available from the provider – in other words, commission terms have not been enhanced by loading the client's premiums.
