This is home to a wide range of resources that can help you to achieve your Diploma Qualification and beyond.
We understand the challenges that firms are facing from the requirement to achieve QCA Level 4 by 31st December 2012, brought about by the Retail Distribution Review. We are also fully supportive of Advisers that are looking to progress their professional qualifications beyond Diploma. With this in mind, Paradigm are continually striving to bring you access to a wide range of support material and training to help you achieve your goals.

How can we help you?
We are keen to bring you details of any training or revision courses that may help you to achieve your qualifications but in order for us to do this we need you to let us know what exams you are planning to take. So please do look out for the Surveys that we run from time to time which will be found on our homepage from time to time.
We will also let you know about any Revision Courses or interesting developments via Paradigm’s monthly “Target” publication so again do keep an eye open to see if there is any relevant information and material that may be right for you.
Discounted CII Study Material
For those firms who wish to take CII exams to achieve the Diploma in Financial Planning, we have developed strong ties with the CII, who are able to offer all Paradigm Partner Firms a 10% discount on all study material. Additionally the discount applies to Certificate and Advanced Diploma study material.
To take advantage of this discount, simply visit the www.cii.co.uk website, choose the ‘Financial Services’ tab at the top of the page and navigate to ‘Qualifications and Courseware’. Choose what material you want and place your order by calling 020 8989 8464 and quoting code ‘COLP 65’. Make sure that you tell the CII that you are a Paradigm Partner firm to receive the 10% discount.

Latest RDR update
We are expecting the FSA to announce exactly what evidence they will require from advisers in December 2010. In the meantime, we provide some guidance to using the CII gap fill tool as well as a guide to gap filling.
