How to register with our lenders

To help you with the registration process please find below details of how to register with each Lender.

Lender	If never used lender	Registered with the lender but need to add Paradigm Mortgage Services as a club
	Please complete the Mortgage Registration Form, download and read the Mortgage Terms of Business and return to Paradigm Mortgage Services	Call Abbey on 0141 275 7900 for Paradigm to be added as a mortgage club or email them at msa@abbey.com
	Register online via their website	Paradigm will appear as an option in the drop down menu.
	Intermediaries who want to register should visit www.cambridgebs.co.uk/paradigm where you can download the relevant registration form. You can also register with their online application tool Cambridge Mortgage Master.
	Paradigm will pre register on your behalf on receipt of your bank account details	Update via their website or call their Central Support Team on 0845 7573612

	Advisers don’t need to register with Manchester BS – they’ll recognise a first DIP or first application and registration will happen automatically at that point. 	Paradigm payment route is added when the first case is submitted by paper to the Building Society, please remember to write Paradigm as your payment route or stick a red Paradigm sticker onto the front of the case when submitting.
