What has changed?
Terms Of Business
Clause 11 - To ensure that all information shared between us by email is kept secure, we are asking advisers to use a secure encrypted format such as our secure email service. To register for this service click here. Mmore information is available on our website.
Clause 15 - We may suspend registration on our panel if we do not receive regular quality mortgage submissions from advisers.

This has been refreshed and will require advisers to re-read this document to ensure they are completely up to date with our requirements for use of the website and in particular their responsibility for keeping log-on details secure.
