Life insurance leads are becoming an increasingly valuable business channels with recent market changes, and overall reducing life insurance premiums:

  1. all the necessary quoting software is normally already in place
  2. significant commission
  3. staff already trained
  4. a life insurance customer now is a potential remortgage customer when markets recover

Triangle Direct Ltd is a data management company which has been specialising in the provision of hotkey life insurance leads to mortgage brokers for the past year. These leads consistently convert to sale in excess of 30%. We understand that the average commission is approximataly £500-£600 per policy.

  1. The leads come from an experienced UK call centre which, until the recent changes in the economic climate, specialised in mortgage and remortgage leads.
  2. Leads are decreasing or level term life insurance (combination of like-for-like quotes and new to life insurance)
  3. Leads are hot-keyed and emailed simultaneously
  4. Any lead which is unquotable is replaced
  5. Leads will not be transferred if the customer has suffered heart attack, stroke, cancer or has diabetes 1

Requirements for participating brokers:

  1. Must be whole of market
  2. Must be FSA Regulated
  3. Hotkey Telephone number – must be able to divert to other trained sales people if engaged (minimum 2 people)
  4. Email address
  5. Quoting System
  6. Must be able to quote whilst customer on telephone
  7. Able to close sale whilst customer on telephone and ideally complete medical questionnaire and get direct debit details
  8. Must be able to provide decreasing/level term life insurance
  9. Suitable for non-advised companies.

Lead cost is £45 each (VAT exempt); minimum test is 10.

Triangle Direct Ltd can supply training as necessary and is able to conduct statistical analysis of management information to ensure maximising this business channel in the long term.
