Equity Release Qualifications

In order to advise on any form of equity release product, including lifetime mortgages and home reversion plans, an adviser must hold the appropriate FCA-approved qualification. The following two qualifications will allow you to meet the FCA’s regulatory requirements to advise on Equity Release:

The Chartered Insurance Institute offer the Certificate in Equity Release, which allows advisers to meet the FCA’s regulatory examination requirements required to advise on Equity Release. Click here to read more about the qualification.
